The ability to show the finished product to interested (or required) parties is the insurance policy we rely on throughout the entire development process.

We can look at building placement in the landscape and realize before we begin construction that the building scale, location and relationship to adjoining site features requiring us to make changes to our building concept, site grading and public perception of scale. This service allows us to better understand our product and the client's intent before we develop construction documents.
