If you are proposing new work, you will have clear and convincing images that effectively describe your project. This will help eliminate any speculation while focusing the discussion. Our 3D renderings have repeatedly saved our clients long and expensive delays with submission processes.
For design development, you can verify your design choices well in advance of installation with custom finishes made to spec., and sized appropriately. Our clients know their end product will be better because they have had the opportunity to refine their selections while saving expensive change orders in the field.
For marketing a project, you save again by using your completed preVisualization materials for your marketing campaign. Our 3D renderings have been used for a wide range of applications, from web sites and four-color print jobs, to job-site signs and billboards.

My design isn't 100% complete, is that a problem?
Not at all. We will work with you at any phase of your project. Our renderings are carefully assembled to provide for efficient changes at virtually any time.
What about finishes and textures, what do you need to make these?
Most of the finishes on your schedule can be custom-made from a variety of references. These can include photos of the actual material, cut-sheets from manufacturers, and links to on-line catalogs. Textures may also be selected from our extensive in-house libraries.
What do you need from me to get started?
As many specifications and plans for the project as possible. CAD plans will ensure the greatest accuracy, but we can use many different sources to develop a model.
To get the best results, we would use your floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and finish schedules. All this can be sent to us via email, or uploaded to our file server.
If I send you a 3D CAD file, will that save me money?
Maybe. We will need to examine your file in order to determine the structure of the geometry before this question can be fully answered.
How do I get the final product?
Your final product is a digital image file available in many formats, delivered on CD/DVD or downloaded from our file server.
We can also coordinate with your service providers for you to provide properly formatted files for uses such as: website development, high-resolution pre-press, and large formats for signage.
Large format color output can be sent to our output service for quick-turnaround on completed projects.
